FAQ
VIP ticket package
What does the VIP package include?
Each Forest VIP package includes a ticket, transport to the special stage, a seat in the bleacher section, food and beverages, Teiskonen.com live stream, and live TV coverage from the rally. There are also many side activities available in the VIP area each year, such as admiring the view from a crane, car exhibitions, and all kinds of fun things to see and do, provided by our partners.
NB! The Harju VIP packages are organized by AKK Sports Oy, and you can find out more about their contents täällä.
On the event day
Is the event accessible?
The Harju VIP event will be held in the courtyard of Gradia’s Harju Campus, which is asphalted.
The Laukaa and Parkkola events will take place off-road, along the rally route, which is not accessible. The terrain in the VIP area and the marquee floors are mainly grass. Weather conditions significantly affect the softness of the grass.
Dining will take place at long tables. There are long benches without backrests on both sides of the table. There is space for a wheelchair, for example, at the end of the table. We are happy to reserve optimal seats in advance for those using assistive devices.
The toilet facilities are regular portable toilets, and the paths leading to them are covered with asphalt in Harju and with grass or forest floor on the off-road tracks. Our staff is happy to provide assistance in traversing the route if needed.
Bus transportation to and from the event location is organized by a professional transport operator, meaning that they are responsible for the safety and needs of passengers during the journey.
If you have any questions related to the practical arrangements, please contact us and we will work together to organize everything in a safe and easy way.
